hhReports say that Charlotte has stolen away the Steam from Atlanta. Um, OK.

But where will the scantily clad ladies play? The Bobcats have already said it is not in the Uptown arena the team operates for the city. That leaves spaces operated by the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority for the city, like Bojangles Coliseum. (I’m ruling out the 3000-seat Grady Cole Center, owned by the county, as too small.)

There is also the possibility that the announcement is just a ploy to help find a place to for the 10-team league to play in Hotlanta. The Steam had yet to secure a home base in what was once the strip-club capital of America.

But the important thing to…uh…remember here is…the…uh… lingerie and the football. And the football.

Update: Forgot to mention, hey Raleigh — Lingerie. Football. Boom goes the dynamite.
