The Crime in Charlotte blog once again alerts us to a justice system breakdown.
Seems that Richard Baskin was arrested again over the weekend. CinC calls Baskin “an out-of-control teenager” and it is hard to argue with that description given Baskin’s spate of arrests, including 2 DUIs.
This is basic good government stuff. Find a way to keep the dangerous people off the streets or find a new line of work.
