Local economic developers have no hard and fast answers for Polo.com’s decision to come to High Point for less taxpayer money.
But Guilford County’s Rob Bencini expresses it in terms which single men everywhere should take note of:
“If you’re trying to draw someone to your area, you want to send them the love and tell them that you want them here. We don’t send candy and flowers. We express it with dollars. And those dollars will hopefully make their transition here easier.”
