Two photographs show a black man in his late teens or early 20s. He is riding in a sport-utility vehicle with a roof rack that might have been Carson’s. Officers emphasized they did not definitively know if the vehicle belonged to Carson.
Given the resolution of that photo, I don’t think it will be long before he’s found, though if this is the guy who killed Eve Carson I’m sure that Houston baseball cap and the puffy jacket are long gone.
