[Asheville] will be releasing preliminary findings for a parks, recreation, cultural arts and greenways master plan. . . . The master plan is being led by a nationally-known parks and recreation management consulting firm, GreenPlay, LLC, to oversee the process that includes comprehensive community input, and to determine the current and future level of recreational service for the community.
