Latest TV ad from the McCrory camp, this time the topic is immigration.
Doesn’t really tell us much we haven’t heard before on the topic. Not clear why McCrory says “in my area” instead of “in Mecklenburg County” when he refers to the 287(g) program. Unless Meck tests bad — or maybe there is just not enough time in 30 seconds to get all the syllables in. Don’t laugh, I’m serious.
In any event, this serves to obscure Sheriff Jim Pendergraph’s role in making this all happen. You know what they say about leaders — they always share credit and accept blame. Kinda negates Pat’s whole leadership meme.
