No more thugs Uptown.
Stamp. We mean it. Stamp, stamp. Huff.
Yeah, well, real convincing. Everyone in town knows that as long as the city puts $160 million in arts complexes for bankers, $415 million in playpens for billionaires, and superfluous $45 million university buildings ahead of money for prosecutors and courtrooms the thugs will have the upper hand.
It is a simple matter of priorities. The city of Charlotte has none.
