As to her role within economic development, Johnson says she’s an advocate of getting the public sector involved in public-private partnerships to help make new development easier in areas such as downtown.
I don’t think anyone expects anything different from Mayor Johnson, but it always helps to be reminded. I don’t care what anyone says, even if you say ‘cut taxes so I can save some of my money’ 10,000 times, you can’t say it enough, especially when elected leaders believe so steadfastly that the public sector must be involved in economic development.
