Don’t be surprised if US Airways’ woes out at Charlotte-Douglas seep into other carriers flying out of CLT. People are scrambling it get on anything that flies — particularly to points West. Should continue today.
US Airways clearly views Charlotte as a captive market from a customer service point of view and makes little to no effort to compete on that basis here.
