This NC State Technician story details comments made by student government candidates at NC State who gathered to debate “diversity.” The glaring omission: no discussion of diversity thought. Only the typical politically correct topics/groups were on the agenda.

To begin, candidates were asked to introduce themselves and were then asked a series of questions pertaining to women, the Hispanic community, the queer community, students with disabilities, African Americans and Native Americans.

If you read the story, you will find very little, if any, real diversity of thought among the students.

How said that is for them. There was a time when a university campus was a marketplace of ideas. No longer.
