Roy,
Economists have such a frustrating life, to see the world as it really works and wonder how everyone else manages to pursue a fulfilling life in spite of ignorance. And true economists that wish to live past the age of 60 should be thankful for big pharma for producing a wide array of medications that make life far more tolerable.
Who knows, there may come a day when an economist actually smiles at a congressional or legislative budget session. It’s not likely, but reps from the industry say we’re probably only 5-10 years away from such medicine.
