Check out these people protesting against tuition in the UNC system. “No More Tuition” says one sign. Here’s the photo caption: “The UNC-system Association of Student Governments organized a rally to protest a tuition increase Friday at a Board of Governors’ meeting.”
Yes, the UNCASG ? the same folks who petitioned the Board of Governors for a mandatory fee placed on all UNC students to support activities such as these, a fee that gave them a 6,600-percent budget increase.
In other words, these people confiscated money from other students to pay for their protest, in which they make the case for “No More Tuition” ? seeking to confiscate money from other people to pay for their education, too. At least they’re consistent.
