Whatever the case, saying CMS builds high schools for an average of $46 million is awfully misleading. The tab for the new Mallard Creek high, due to be completed August 1, is $57 million and counting. Brand new Ardrey Kell came in at $46 million, so it would be more accurate to say that CMS needs at least $50 million to build a high school.
