A few days ago I blogged about an NIH study that concluded what common sense tell us: what we eat impacts how much we weigh. Today we have more obvious conclusions from a UNC study: we’re eating bigger portions and more snacks and it’s making us fat. And yes, this one was funded by the NIH. I’m waiting for an official government study to confirm for us that kids are less physically active than they used by and are spending more time with computers and IPODs.
