- Incumbent Marc Basnight (D-1st District)
- Incumbent Robert Holloman (D-4th District)
- Incumbent John Kerr (D-5th District)
- Incumbent Julia Boseman (D-9th District)
- Incumbent Charlie Albertson (D-10th District)
- Incumbent A.B. Swindell (D-11th District)
- Incumbent Harris Blake (R-22nd District)
- Incumbent Ellie Kinnaird (D-23rd District)
- Incumbent Bill Purcell (D-25th District)
- Incumbent Phil Berger (R-26th District)
That makes the scorecard 20 Democrats and 12 Republicans in the 50-member Senate. There’s no checkmark, but final unofficial results also give Democrats a pickup in Senate District 45 (John Garwood’s seat). Democrats hold a 29-21 advantage now.
