The name of the Edwards/Hunter/Young game Thursday in Orange County court is protective order. The Herald-Sun reports that attorneys for the main players in the Edwards saga will argue some more over who gets to know what. In an interesting legal twist, the Youngs are using Hunter’s allegation of invasion of privacy to try to force her to reveal more information about all things Edwards.
The Orange County court hearing comes on the heels of news that federal prosecutors issued a slew of subpoenas in the investigation into whether the Edwards campaign used donations to support Rielle Hunter. If the suspicion proves true, there’s more trouble ahead.
