The same magazine informs us that ASU has begun a Ph.D program in Gender Studies:
“The new doctoral program in gender studies brings together the insights and methods of scholars across the arts and sciences who study gender to grapple with such issues as reducing gender disparities in health and education, preventing family violence, and reducing poverty. Students will select one of three areas of specialization: health, science and technology; justice, social change and sustainability; or visual and narrative culture.”
Again, is there a body of knowledge here?
