Personally I got a little sick yesterday when I heard someone on the radio defend North Carolina’s safe surrender law —basically legalized child abandonment—- following the discovery of a dead infant in a blue storage bin outside Planned Parenthood in Winston-Salem.
The N&R doesn’t help with its lame justification that the General Assembly hasn’t appropriated enough funding to promote the law.
