What is it with Greensboro City Council members and their cell phones?
Greensboro City Council member Nancy Vaughan says she “wants the council to reconsider a city redistricting plan that would move more than 32,000 Greensboro voters.”
Fellow council member Mary Rakestraw, who introduced the controversial plan, said she spoke with Vaughan but “couldn’t get into their conversation because her cell phone battery was low and she had an appointment.”
