ABC and CBS are reporting that the charges will be dropped against the three Duke lacrosse players. As I said last night, I’ll believe it when I see it, but it’s looking good for the families and the players.

As for timing, it could be today or maybe will be pushed to tomorrow. Blogs are buzzing with reports that NC Attorney General Roy Cooper is going or is already in the hospital with some illness. No confirmation, though.
