The “civil rights” establishment is champing at the bit for an Obama presidency, presuming that it will mean the enactment of a load of bills that will expand government intervention in marketplace decisions. (I use the snicker quotes because what passes for civil rights legislation these days in fact has nothing to do with rights at all, but instead is coercive social engineering.)
