A unanimous three-judge panel of the N.C. Court of Appeals has reversed a trial court and ruled against the city of Charlotte in a legal dispute over a Queens College parking deck near the Myers Park neighborhood. Appeals Court judges agreed with the plaintiffs in the case who challenged a zoning amendment that changed the rules governing parking decks in single-family and multifamily zoning districts.
