The State Board of Education will review Wednesday a plan for helping North Carolina’s public schools transition to better use of digital technology in the classroom.

The John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society reviewed key themes from the plan today, with help from Jamey Falkenberry of Lt. Gov. Dan Forest’s office and Jeni Corn and Trip Stallings of the Friday Institute for Educational Innovation at N.C. State University.

In the video clip below, all three speakers address an audience question about whether the state’s schools have the hardware and software to put the digital plan in place.
