One day before state lawmakers return to work in Raleigh, N.C. House Speaker Thom Tillis discussed his priorities for education reform, regulatory reform, voter ID, tax reform, and other issues for the 2013 legislative session. Tillis says he hopes lawmakers will finish the state budget in record-setting fashion, and he hopes lawmakers can head home for good some time around the end of May or early June.
