State Republican Party Chairman Tom Fetzer and House Republican Leader Paul Stam wrapped up a statewide budget tour this afternoon with a news conference at party headquarters in Raleigh.
In addition to explaining their opposition to the $1 billion annual tax increase Democrats shepherded through the General Assembly, Fetzer and Stam discussed plans for the 2010 election cycle.
