The N.C. Supreme Court has voted, 4-3, to uphold North Carolina’s election districts. It’s the second time the state’s highest court has upheld the plans.
This second review followed an order from the U.S. Supreme Court to review North Carolina’s plan in light of the latest federal court rulings in an Alabama redistricting case.
