North Carolina already has seen some positive signs from state tax reform measures enacted into law earlier this year. That’s according to Gene Chianelli, finance counsel to N.C. House Speaker Thom Tillis. Chianelli outlined key elements of the tax reform plan and discussed potential future reforms during a presentation to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
