With the Nancy in question being House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and what’s she’s not coming to is the Democratic National Convention here in Charlotte. And she’s encouraging other House Democrats not to attend either:
“I’m not encouraging anyone to go to the convention, having nothing to do with anything except I think they should stay home, campaign in their districts, use their financial and political resources to help them win their election.”
Translation: Being closely associated with Barack Obama is toxic to Democratic congressional candidates’ chances.
