The keeper of National Review Online’s election blog, “The Campaign Spot,” shared his insights today with the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society. Jim Geraghty also touted his new novel, The Weed Agency, which tells the tale of a government agency’s unaccountable growth over 30 years.
