Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel says—-according to the AP —he “will try to poach businesses and conventions from North Carolina because of a law eliminating anti-discrimination protections for lesbians, gays and bisexuals.”

Good luck with that Mayor Emanuel—considering that the weather in Chicago is so wonderful—especially in the winter (just so happens a friend told me he had a relative who prefers North Dakota weather over Chicago) and the school system is so wonderful.

Just like Greensboro City Manager Tony Wilkins is ‘calling BS‘—-exact quote in today’s News & Record on the supposed negative impact HB 2 will have on the upcoming International Home Furnishings Market  in High Point— I’m calling BS on the many announced exoduses from NC announced on social media. The mock outrage is getting to be a little much; yes, those upset over HB 2 will do what they believe is right and vote against the bill’s supporters in the November election in hopes of having it overturned. I don’t believe that will happen, in which case we’ll have a whole class of people walking around PO’d while enjoying their jobs, the weather, the mountains and the beach.
