The North Carolina Department of Insurance website has a timeline of when changes under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) go into effect. Somehow the site misses the limitations on payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) that go into effect next year, the doubling of penalties for buying things the government hasn’t approved, or the limits on contributions to other health accounts.
