Questioning the bureaucrats sometimes produces changes! I posted a blog back in March stating how North Carolina was partnering with a company, inBloom,  Inc., regarding data collection on students, and Guildford County was the pilot.  Well, guess what?  I have heard the NC Department of Instruction has decided NOT to work with this company any longer. Could this decision be the result of all the parents, citizens who questioned their partnership?I have requested documentation of DPI’s decision, but as of yet nothing has been provided.  What I do know is that inBloom, Inc., website has removed ALL mention of North Carolina’s partnership and pilot project.  In fact, the site currently does not even list states or systems any longer. Their website only gives comments from various customers.
