The Civitas Institute‘s North Carolina Conservative Leadership Conference is underway at the Sheraton Imperial in the RTP. I’m currently operating from “Blogger’s Row” as the panel discussion on illegal immigration, moderated by Rick Martinez, is getting under way. Just completed was a panel on budget and taxes, which included Locke Foundation fiscal analyst Joe Coletti.
