Both Senate and House leaders have cancelled meetings, decided not to hold session, and declared a ‘snow day’.

The big news is that the bill to raise the cap on JDIG and allow the governor to have his closing fund for economic incentives was to be filed today.  According to a WRAL article,

As for the House economic development bill that was slated to be rolled out Tuesday, Moore said leaders would take time given to them by the inclement weather to make some final tweaks.

“I think we’re just going to wait to file it on Wednesday,” he said.

This means lawmakers are planning to get back to business on Wednesday.
