Two North Carolina Democratic congressmen have been named to the top five most-vulnerable Democratic incumbents list by The Hill. The Eighth District’s Larry Kissell was named the No. 1 most-vulnerable incumbent, while the 11th District’s Heath Shuler came in at No. 4.
Coming in with Honorable Mention recognition were erstwhile 13th District Rep. Brad Miller and the 7thg District’s Mike McIntyre.
