The start of the traditional school year is right around the corner. And the North Carolina Public Schools Application System, which does not include job vacancies for Wake, Mecklenburg, or Pitt counties, lists nearly 1,500 vacant education jobs statewide. Note that school districts update the application system listings regularly. Positions will be filled and added through September.
Just to pick a few districts at random, Cumberland County Schools has 75 openings listed. Pitt County Schools is looking for 33 teachers and staff. Alamance-Burlington Schools has 79 openings.
Happy job hunting!
