Here’s a revealing video of what Democrats actually think about politics. It’s N.C. Senate majority leader Martin Nesbitt of Buncombe County. It’s clear that he thinks Republicans in office is an affront to good government and, well, just not right for the mountains of North Carolina.
He also makes clear that without corrupt redistricting there would be no Democrats in the mountain districts. “I’ve drawn ’em three times now, and I’m telling you, there are a lot of Republicans around here, and it’s very difficult to keep Democrats in these seats,” he tells the community organizers gathered to hear him.
