WXII 12 News anchor Tolly Carr faces new charges in a March 11 pedestrian death, prosecutors said Friday.
He is charged with felony death by vehicle and felony serious injury by vehicle, the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office said. The first charge is a Class E offense with a possible sentence of 15-31 months. The second charge is a Class F offense with a possible sentence of 10-20 months.
