In the latest CJO news report, David N. Bass reports on yesterday’s passage of the marriage amendment in the N.C. House. If the measure passes the Senate with at least a 60-percent majority, North Carolina voters will get to decide in May if the state constitution will be amended to limit marriage to a union of one man and one woman.
