The News & Record’s Allen Johnson and the Lexington Dispatch’s Chad Killebrew explain their newspaper’s respective realignments. The N&R’s editorial page is shrinking, while the Dispatch will no longer have a Monday edition.
Johnson says the N&R “won’t even attempt to pretend that these changes will give you a bigger, better opinion section. They won’t. And you know that.” Indeed we do, but we’ll deal with it. But Killebrew has his work really cut out for him, considering the fact that he’s messing with the TV schedule and the bridge quiz.
