I’m referring to the fact that the University of Washington recently held a “debate” over the constitutionality of Obamacare, but there wasn’t anyone to argue against it because, according to the organizers, they couldn’t find any law professors who question its constitutionality.
Cato’s Mike Cannon (sorry about this) fires a high explosive shell into that lunacy here pointing out that there are many law profs who are eager to argue that Obamacare violates the Constitution in many ways.
