A fan of the “uninformed,” “racist,” “misogynist” delusion of government by the people, for the people; I enjoyed this question asked by the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce at a candidate forum:
The county recently completed a study of business regulation. Would you be in favor of convening a similar committee to examine business attitudes toward city regulations?
The problem is, if the government convenes the committee, it is likely to be stacked with lovers of code. If the citizens convene it, their findings will most-likely be shelved.
