Despite CHANGE’s efforts to, well, bring significant change to the Winston-Salem Forsyth County school board, all nine incumbents were reelected on Tuesday. Remember the board was Republican majority when it was still partisan.
Suddenly talk of re-examining the system’s school choice plan has died down.
