The Winston-Salem club Big Cans, formerly the Red Rooster, which was the site of the fatal shootign of WSPD officer Howrad Plouff, has closed, according to owner Mark Jacobs.
But the city’s lawsuit against the club will continue. Makes you wonder if the city’s not making a play for some badly-needed income.
