John Edwards’ mistress Rielle Hunter clearly isn’t concerned about embarrassing the former senator and presidential candidate. The latest in Hunter’s quest for fame and/or cash comes from the Herald-Sun, which reports that on May 28 Hunter filed an amended lawsuit in Orange County against former Edwards aide Andrew Young. Why? The paper says Hunter now wants the profits from the sale of Young’s book “The Politician.” Oh, and if a movie is made, she wants those profits, too.

Meantime, former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich appears to be taking his federal corruption trial rather lightly. Blago is tweeting from the trial. Actually, it appears his publicist is doing the work for him.

No shame.
