McClatchy Co., owner of The News & Observer in Raleigh, is in a bit of difficulty. Four advertisers have sued McClatchy’s largest paper, The Star Tribune of Minneapolis, charging they padded their circulation figures. As a result of the suit, McClatchy stock has dipped.
