Cecil Bothwell, who is running to represent some district or other in the next Congressional race has no intentions of dropping out. He has been redistricted out of the 11th. He may move somewhere within the 11th’s new boundaries, or he may not. State law does not require Congressional candidates to live in the districts they represent.
I have a genius friend who moved to the Wilson area. If he’s reading this, I hope he considers representing us.
