As part of its “Broken Government” series, CNN last night pulled off a seeming impossible feat: Portraying Democrats as “wusses” while giving one of the party’s candidates basically an hour-long opportunity to promote himself as an atypical Democrat.
That candidate: Heath Shuler, challenger to Rep. Charles Taylor in North Carolina’s 11th District.
