The New York Times, desperate to protect Obama as much as possible with cute verbal tricks, has called his statements about keeping your health insurance and keeping your doctor “mistaken promises.” Judge Andrew Napolitano speaks plain in this piece, calling Obama’s statements lies. He and many other politicians in his party lied about the “Affordable Care Act” when it was under consideration.
And as for that consideration, never was a piece of legislation so rushed through without time for debate and analysis. Everyone was expected to go along in the belief that whatever Obama said would be good for the people just had to be so. Now we are finding out, to the horror of the Democrats, that government tampering has bad side effects. No piece of legislation has ever had more than this one.
