The federal government gave a large amount of the expanding federal deficit to an organization that is green, enabling, or both. Funds were availed through the Such-And-Such Act. The money will be used for construction of a facility that will create an unsubstantiated number of permanent jobs and an equally specious number of temporary jobs paying at least a living wage. The same is true about jobs to be created after construction, but the numbers are different. The facility is expected to have an economic impact of some precise guesstimate. The building will grow any capacity for enabling dependents if enough money goes to education and outreach. Additional government grants for the building are being pursued.
